Meet Lucas Hunt

HUNT Auctioneers was founded by Lucas Hunt on 2016 to support non-profit organizations in their live fundraising missions. We believe the philanthropic spirit is very much alive, that people are just waiting to be asked to help others.

Our recipe for success is based on crafting a polished and professional program run of show, selecting incredible and unique live auction items, and orchestrating clear and inspirational appeals. To do this, we consult with organizations prior to their fundraising events, make site visits for first hand experience, and study your organization to become ambassadors of your mission. While the primary reason people attend fundraising events may be to have fun, our auctioneers ensure it will also be successful.

HUNT Auctioneers conduct themselves with good will, humor and have helped raise millions of dollars and awareness for non-profit organizations nation wide, with a focus on the NY Metro Area and The Hamptons. Our founder, Lucas Hunt, graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering, holds the coveted Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designation, and is an outstanding member of the National Auctioneer’s Association.

The needs of people are as diverse as they are universal. Hunger, housing, education, hospice, disease, mental health, disaster relief, photography and film, theatre, dance, poetry and the arts, social justice, legal rights and international issues... these are some of the humanitarian causes we have helped to support.
